I am a florist and ordered a bouquet and candy for my daughter for Valentine's Day who lives in Edmond. The bouquet was small and there was zero design to it. I had given them $110 total: They also are lacking in their customer service skills. Will definitely never use this shop again .

Paid $163 for at least 6 roses & a boutonnière, the bouquet was supposed to be 6-7 pink roses with hot pink tips & a little green filler, definitely not what I paid for. I even went to the store to custom order this bouquet with a pic of exactly what I wanted. I did call to complain & they credited me back $40 dollars, but seriously? What a disappointment & a scam to get a boutonnière, and a bouquet of 3 roses and green filler, for $123.00. So frustrating!

I’ve trusted Kickingbird Flowers for years for both Mother’s Day and my mom’s birthday, and they never disappoint. The flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and long-lasting. Wanted to send my Dad some flowers for his 81st birthday and I ordered some yellow roses online. He received them today and absolutely loves them. He said "I've only received flowers twice in my life and both times are from you" (Both times I've ordered from Kickingbird). He just loves them, they made his day. I don't live close by so I put trust that they'll put together something beautiful and they sure did. Thank you from Texas.

We live out of town but wanted to find a local florist to deliver flowers to our friends in Edmond. Kickingbird Flowers definitely delivered. Somehow the address we gave was one digit off. When they called my wife to get the correct address she was unavailable. The delivery driver ended up going up and down the street until he found someone who knew where our friend’s home was located. He knew the delivery was important to us. Great customer service and dedication to ensure the delivery was made. They even sent a picture of the floral arrangement to us before it went out for delivery. It was perfect. Thank you!!
